You send your consolidated stock shipment
A single consolidated shipment to our warehouse, at your own pace, with no minimum volume. Every delivery is checked, counted and photographed within 24h. Your stock remains your property until it is sold.
We handle all the logistics
Storage, picking, shipping, returns: our warehouse takes over. You set your supplier prices and our teams either approve them or send you a counter-offer, never an imposed price.

Retailers and resellers distribute your products across their channels: European marketplaces, e-commerce sites, points of sale. They sell and invoice the buyer. You have no account to open and no customer to chase. Every order ships directly from our warehouse, in J+1/J+2 in France and the Benelux, J+1 to J+3 in Germany, J+2 to J+4 in the rest of Europe.

Every week, your sales report is ready. You invoice Linkolis on that basis, and the transfer goes out within 24h of receipt, with no minimum amount.

Your questions, our answers
You, at all times. Your goods remain your property throughout storage; ownership transfers only at the moment of sale, under the conditions set out in the contract.
You set the supplier price of each reference. Our teams approve it or send you a counter-offer, never an imposed price. Partner sellers then freely set their own retail prices on their channels.
They remain your property, stored free of charge. You can request the return of all or part of your stock at any time, with no justification. Only the return shipping is at your expense. Full terms are set out in the contract.
Linkolis, entirely. Every return is received, inspected and photographed; depending on its condition, the product is put back into sellable stock or classified as damaged, with full traceability visible from your portal.
Secure warehouse, perpetual inventory, checked and photographed deliveries, traceability by reference (IMEI and serial numbers for the relevant products), and stock covered by our insurance.
The flow is simple: partner sellers invoice their buyers; you invoice Linkolis only, based on the weekly sales report available in your portal.
